Cancellation Policy

24hrs notice must be given for any cancellation to avoid being charged the full price.

For new clients a deposit of £30 is required when booking any facials over £70.

Advanced facial bookings must be done by phone so I can do a quick consultation to avoid any disappointment due to being contraindicated.
