I am now an Advanced facialist only giving the treatments I love doing and know give incredible results. With an ever changing and advancing world of skin technology I have upgraded my very popular Crystal Clear Skin Rejuvenation System to the latest and most effective and advanced one yet. The results are just amazing and even better than before.
I started my beauty career by training at Champneys College of Health and Beauty in Tring, Hertfordshire. It has long been seen as one of the best colleges in Europe for health and beauty.
Early Years
I graduated in 1983 with national and international diplomas. Sadly, I lost my father whilst taking my finals. I was still only 18. We moved from our lovely house in Abingdon to Sutton Courtenay which led me to working in a small salon in Wantage, whilst I stayed at home with my mother, until the dizzy heights of London Town beckoned in 1984.
I got a job within the Churchill Hotel, Portman Square. Within a few months I was transferred to the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, W1, where I stayed becoming head beauty therapist. I had a wonderful time working at the Grosvenor House, meeting and working on many celebrities and important clients like Felicity Kendall, Gene Hackman, Don Johnson, Kurt Douglas,Jaqueline Smith, Helen Stewart, (wife of racing legend Jackie Stewart), Dianne Cillento, (wife of Sean Connery) the late Nina Simone and Jonathen Aitken MP and quite a few of the Forte family, the then owners of the hotel.
In 1989 I chose to become a mobile therapist taking some of my clients with me. This included the late, great actor Herbert Lom, who stayed with me till my move to Witney in 2004. We became great friends and I miss him dearly. Actress Honar Blackman and TV presenter Sarah Greene were also regular clients. I moved to Chiswick in 1993 and gradually built up a succesful portfolio of clients spanning another 12 years, most of who i'm still in touch with.
My Salon
Recent Years
In 2005, I married Steve and we decided I needed to be back in Oxfordshire. My Mother and Stepfather were here in Bampton for many years until I sadly lost my mum in December 2019. My Stepfather has since moved to beautiful Somerset, but their friends are all still around West Oxfordshire. I carried on travelling to London every fortnight and worked around Witney inbetween. We then had our daughter Rosie in 2006. I now have a beautiful private beauty studio in Witney, Oxfordshire. There are no stairs to contend with as I am on ground level. I hope you'll enjoy the total privacy and peace my room brings. I specialise in Crystal Clear bespoke advanced anti-ageing facials and skincare. It's a face lift without the surgery or any downtime.
